Pencil Portraits

Here are some recent drawings. I’ve been practicing portrait in pencil. All are A4 and completed in October 2018.

Today’s commissioned artwork was Bobby, nicknamed Shadowfax. I had fun drawing him!

I worked with Dublin Bears again this year, creating the posters and social media idents for Dublin Bear Pride 2018.

Here is an A5 pencil and watercolour portrait I made of actor Graham Cole OBE in his role as PC Tony Stamp on The Bill.

Here is a painting of a horse I was commissioned to do a few months ago.

I took a little break from promoting The Moth and Moon to continue practicing the grid method of drawing. Here is Willow, my friend Chris’ dog.
